We understand what it means to you and your family. And it is in the details that we keep this celebration yours, as well as ours, through our investment in service and in value.

As part of the planning process all our service packages include aides for your wedding preparation and organization:

Couple’s Packet

  • A complete wedding planning workbook which includes checklists, templates and tips
  • A review of existing contracts with previously booked suppliers and the provision of checklists for items that need to be prepared and endorsed to the wedding coordinators on the wedding day
  • Complimentary escort cards for your guests of up to 300 people

When you want to spend all your time planning your wedding but real life means, there is work and other things that take up your time. With this package, seasoned wedding planners walk the process with you, taking much of the logistics off your hands so that you can plan your prefect wedding and still sleep. Our involvement is from design, to budget, to guest management, finding vetted vendors, communications, program and timeline planning and execution.

Full Planning and Management Service includes:

  • Unlimited phone and email consultation regarding theme and design, as well as eight (8) physical meetings 
with the couple
  • Conceptualization and planning of the wedding
  • Preparation of time table and task management with monthly reporting
  • Assist in developing a design and feel for the wedding, including the creation of an inspiration board
  • Budget projection and management, monitoring of payments and balances and provision of Supplier Balance report before the wedding day.
  • Canvassing, sourcing, selection and booking of credible event service providers, including but not limited to:
    • Venue (Church and Reception/Party)

    • Designer / Couturier

    • Invitation and other print materials
    • Calligraphy services

    • Florist / Event Stylist

    • Baker and/or Special Dessert providers

    • Hair and Make-up Artist/s
    • Photographers / Videographers / AVP Production and Direction
    • Entertainment – Master of Ceremonies, Musicians, Choir, Soloist, Band

    • Technical – Sound and Lighting Systems, LCD Projector and Screen, LED Wall
    • Choreographers, Directors, Production Designers

    • Event Special Effects – Bubbles, Laser lights, Fireworks, Butterflies
    • Gifts, Giveaways and Gift Registry

  • Assistance in monitoring Church and Legal requirements, submission schedule and assistance in submitting documents.
  • Organization and Overseeing the Wedding Rehearsal (Limited to weddings in Metro Manila only. If wedding is out of town, additional charges apply)
  • Alignment, Coordination and Follow up with suppliers to ensure that the couple’s intent is understood and executed
  • Time Management: Coordinate with the bride & groom, together with suppliers and wedding party to formulate a time table for your day, from breakfast to closing the party
  • RSVP services (subject to the provision of a call card for text messages and mobile calls for international communication, if required)
  • Program Management
    • Conceptualization and planning
    • Preparation of props or technical requirements
    • Sequencing of events and timeline
    • Logistics Checklist
    • Preparation of script for emcee (as required) and emcee briefing
  • Assist in the selection of music for the ceremony and reception, if necessary
  • Assistance for the bride and groom on all their needs on the wedding day
  • Finalization, execution and over-all coordination of all plans and details

On the day of the wedding, our responsibilities will include all those listed in our Day Management service package.

This package ensures that you are the radiant, care-free, glowing bride and groom that you should be on your wedding day. A team of seasoned wedding planners review your plans 2-months before the wedding and will make sure that everything is in place. We execute your plans and keep track of the vendors and logistics on the day so that you are still picture perfect and stress free.

On The Day Management includes:

  • Unlimited wedding consultation over phone and email, as well as three (3) meetings with the bride and groom.
  • Review of the list of service providers and initial wedding plans for polishing, confirmation and execution
  • Provision of checklist to ensure that all pre-wedding preparation has been completed
  • Oversee time management during day of wedding, including provision of time table for the bride and
groom and members of the wedding party
  • Double check all wedding paraphernalia and requirements
  • Follow-ups, finalization and coordination of plans with all of the service providers, ceremony venue and reception venue
  • Assist the bride and groom during the preparations as well as coordinate with service providers to ensure the smooth flow of preparations and set up
  • Guest Management during Ceremony and Reception
  • Assistance in the table / seating lay-out and arrangements
  • Receiving of guests
  • Assist the event host during the execution of the program, including time management and cuing
  • Settle payment balances and bills with the service providers
  • Manage meals for service providers
  • Wrap-up and turn-over all accessories / materials to the clients at the end of the event including a comprehensive inventory of items to be returned to the couple and a bottle count for drinks.

    On the day of the wedding:

  • Our team of capable coordinators will be at the bridal preparation venue at least 5 hours before the ceremony time. Upon our call time we will:
    • Manage the time of hair and make up, dress up and pictorials
    • Oversee set-up
    • Attend waiter’s briefing
    • Facilitate the technical run through and orientation of the master of ceremonies
    • Have an on-site orientation for the members of the bridal and liturgical entourage
  • One coordinator will be with the bride/couple to cater to their specific needs. 
A coordinator is also assigned to guide the members of the bridal entourage and the bride and groom’s immediate family.
  • Our coordinators will also be responsible for reminding members of their entourage of their roles, timing and cues throughout the ceremony and reception, as well as manage guests.
  • We coordinate for receiving, ushering and seating as we also oversee program and food service.
  • We also take responsibility for safe keeping wedding gifts, execute a systematic collection of gifts and in culling all materials for safe keeping and mementos.
  • We will distribute your giveaways and favors to entourage.
  • We will also help in managing any food items added to the menu, as well as organize the packing of any leftover food items.
  • At the end of the day, we provide a report on guest count and endorse or return all materials used during the wedding ceremony and reception, receipts, documents and leftover food items or excess/unclaimed gift items for members of your entourage and VIPs.
